An inaugural project for this section of Toronto’s coveted waterfront, the TEDCO-Corus Building is a pivotal project for our Aecon partners. The $120 million contract involves construction of the base building - an eight-storey, above-grade structure encompassing a totaling 550,000-sq-ft – as well as an additional 70,000-sq-ft, below-grade parking garage on one level. Upon completion, the building is expected to achieve LEED® Gold certification.
