Gold Award recipient of the VRCA Award of Excellence in the $20-50 million General Contractor category recognizing  exceptional achievement in construction management, quality and innovation. Multi-use facility with gymnasium, dance studios, offices for the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Ambulatory Care Facility, and the new home of the West Vancouver Youth Band. Three-storey, concrete-and-steel structure with one level of underground parking. Total of 78,000-sq-ft above grade and 47,000-sq-ft below grade. Building features extensive use of glazing and is clad in tricolour metal panels and cedar. LEED Gold Project.
