Scott built the entire university campus, including institutional classrooms and labs, student and food services building, library and parkade, a recreation centre with full-sized gym built to NAIA/NCAA inter-collegiate standards, artificial turf playing field and student residences. Sustainable design is the core strategy for the Recreation and Student Services Hilltop Buildings, which feature geothermal as their main energy source, distributed though an innovative radiant slab system. The Hilltop Building features a spectacular roof comprised of a series of curved Gluelam beams.
