Utilizing our historical database, BIM, and electronic plan room we also provide estimating and value engineering services during the design development phase.

Scott provides this electronic plan room for the convenience of all of our project team members and those interested in providing project bids. It's supplied free of charge and displays our active projects. Inside you can view drawing details, specifications, and addenda, measure areas, perimeters, lengths, and counts and download all or any single drawings, pages or documents in PDF format.
