Home Modifications for Injured Workers
Scott has a specialized team that performs renovations to homes of individuals who have had serious injuries. This includes creating wheelchair accessibility in washrooms, kitchens, and other areas. Scott has performed over 800 renovations across Canada in the past five years.

Facilities Management
Scott provides services to take care of a building after its completion. From leasing and strata sales to window washing and systems maintenance, Scott can organize the management of a new facility.

Operations and Maintenance Management
Scott has the knowledge and experience to create programs that allow a client to keep their building in optimal condition. From planning when filters need to be changed to when caulking should be replaced, all of the building elements will be identified and scheduled for review, maintenance, and repairs.

Life Cycle Costing
Scott can advise whether the elements chosen for a building truly have long-term value. Our experts analyze the current value of a building element and compare it to its future replacement cost. Where clients will be occupying their buildings for long periods of time, these analyses will help determine what materials to use during construction.
