Winner of the 2007 VRCA Award of Excellence for Projects Under $10,000,000. A 30,000-sq-ft and 45,000-sq-ft upgrade to existing heritage academic buildings. Work was performed to LEED standards. Work included new windows, seismic upgrades, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and new architectural layouts and finishes.
