$7.7 million, 90,000-sq-ft and five floors of tenant improvements for one of Vancouver's largest legal firms. This accelerated schedule required a high level of finishing and high quality standards. High quality finishes included wood paneling with veneers imported from Europe, terrazzo floors, broadloom carpets and stone trims located throughout. Acoustic sound control requirements were designed to help ensure privacy between the lawyers and their clients. Work was performed under an accelerated schedule and took only six months.
