]]> We are thrilled to share that Scott recently won the Waterstone award for one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures in the Growth category. This national program recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations that foster high performance corporate cultures and a positive employee experience.

Our culture is built on our Values – People First; Safety Always; Seek Better Ways; Get It Done; Have Fun; and Own It – and is supported by a consistent level of internal communication from department leadership to all employees through Quarterly Results Updates, Project Wins, Scott Successes monthly newsletters and more. We also work with organizations such as Climate Smart to hold ourselves accountable of our environmental impact.
