In 2020, Scott was awarded the City-Wide Construction Contract Master Services Agreement (CWCC MSA) for the City of Vancouver, program that includes multiple types of municipal facilities work. Types of projects include interior renovations, roof renewals, energy improvement re-fits, exterior repairs, building conversions, seismic upgrades.
All projects under the CWCC MSA program are being completed safely and sufficiently by Scott’s dedicated team, who has been involved throughout all phases from pre-construction to construction. Our current and collaborative communication model with the COV allows us to review, identify, and plan resources in advance. Our approach to work delivery, resources and geographical coverage is based upon the most cost-effective solution that is of value to the client, and on being open, transparent and collaborative.
