This multi-phase, 29,500 sq. ft. project involves the assessment, remediation, and upgrade of Building A, Building B, the Daycare Facility, Atrium, and interior courtyards. Work is being carried out while the campus remains fully occupied, requiring careful sequencing and coordination to minimize disruption to classes and campus activities.
Upon completion, the project is anticipated to achieve annual energy savings of approximately 325,000 kWh.
