Benefit Company status is a legal designation under British Columbia law. As a Benefit Company, Scott Construction is legally obligated to:

This legal structure, introduced in British Columbia on June 30, 2020, allows companies to pursue both economic and social mandates, ensuring that their operations benefit not only shareholders but also broader society.

Cultivating Community: We provide paid volunteer days off and organize group community initiatives, resulting in over 240 hours of employee volunteer service.
