Located in the heart of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, 525 Powell Street will offer 158 new social housing units in a 10-storey, mixed-use building. Designed to support long-term housing stability, the project includes a range of unit types at varying levels of affordability, as well as commercial space and a community-focused enterprise hub. With 36 parking stalls and 362 bike spaces, the building will be well-equipped to meet the needs of future residents. Operated by PHS Community Services Society, this new development will provide safe, inclusive housing and strengthen community connections in the neighbourhood.
