St. Vincent’s Heather Long-Term Care Residence will provide 240 private rooms in a modern, purpose-built home for seniors in Vancouver. This 13-storey building is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment, complete with indoor and outdoor community spaces, two levels of underground parking, and dedicated areas for childcare and an Adult Day Program. Built to LEED Gold standards, the project emphasizes sustainability, resilience, and comfort. Once complete, it will offer residents a safe, high-quality place to live, surrounded by landscaped gardens, plazas, and amenities that support well-being and connection.
