Amica Care Home in West Vancouver provides assisted and independent living for seniors. The project consisted of one-level of underground parking and five-levels of above ground residential comprised of 112 suites, ranging from studio to two bedrooms. Amenities include; lounges, dining rooms, media room, swimming and therapeutic pool, wellness centre, library, hair salon and commercial kitchen.
This senior’s facility provides its residents with comfortable lifestyles, overlooking the stunning views of downtown Vancouver and the Gulf Islands.
