Scott Construction was retained as the Construction Manager for the project, working in partnership with Element Project Services. This project is a purpose-built commercial medical building, which houses medical and healthcare tenants. The building has three floors of office over one floor of commercial retail. Parking is below grade as well as surface parking at grade.
