Club Versante consists of three restaurants, Acre, Bruno, and Cask, complete with two commercial kitchens, and a shared Concierge Lobby.
Bruno focuses on sustainable, local BC ingredients prepared by some of the best chefs in the province. It consists of a dining room, private dining room and bar area designed to be bright, open and engaging space to spend time in.
Cask specializes in offering a curated selection of single malts, bourbons, and blended whiskies with the casual dining style of an Izakaya. The décor is tasteful, warm and inviting with lots of wood elements, and includes a large dining room, bar area, private dining room, a circular whiskey tasting room, a circular vestibule with an adjoining washroom group.
Acre Through the Seasons is a fine-dining restaurant with a farm-to-table experience focused on contemporary cuisine. Acre Through the Seasons includes a main dining room, a Chef’s Counter (which allows to view and interact with the Chef in the Kitchen), a champagne tasting bar, and an intimate private dining room.
The Project focuses on elegant, high-end finishes and features specialty kitchen equipment as a primary focal point of the Project.
