The Link is an award-winning, mixed-use development located on the Kingsway corridor in Vancouver’s Collingwood neighbourhood. New construction consisted of residential units on top of a commercial retail podium and underground parkade. The residential area is a combination of 104 market rental units and 44 senior housing suites. This was a wood-frame build that utilized prefabricated wall panels and modular building techniques that achieved LEED Gold Certification.
