Renovation spanning 2 floors, including complete renovation of 4 washrooms, minor wall reconfigurations, extensive HVAC replacement, new carpet tile in classroom and office spaces, new marmoleum in corridors, all new lighting throughout, extensive AV rough-in, wall covering installation, extensive decorative glazing, various lobby improvements, painting, millwork and install of an undercarpet thread system.
