This 9-storey mixed-use development provides rental accommodation in Calgary and features a 9,300 sq. ft. main-level retail space. Residential floors house 138 units in a mix of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + den, and 2 bedroom residences. It also includes two levels of underground parking.
