The upcoming patio expansion at Mintara Restaurant on Burnaby Mountain will add a new 2,000 sq. ft. enclosed space to this popular event and dining destination known for its 360-degree views and wedding celebrations. Designed for year-round use, the new space will feature mass timber construction, a high-performance glass roof, operable glass panels, radiant floor heating, and a cooling system to ensure guest comfort in every season. The expansion will include a full bar, barbecue area, ancillary kitchen, and basement storage—enhancing Mintara’s capacity to host future weddings, private events, and unforgettable dining experiences in a stunning natural setting.
