Project Highlights
- New construction of a public energy facility comprising use of mass timber within a concrete frame complete with green roof.
Construction of a new Public Energy Centre using multiple renewable heat sources to provide buildings within the River District development with thermal energy that delivers space heat and hot water. The new facility will produce hot water at a central plant and distribute it through a network of underground piping across the River District Community.
