In Winter 2019, Scott Construction became the Construction Manager of Steps, which was once an abandoned construction project in 2015, after which it was purchased by our client, Centurion. Scott restarted the project in a timely manner and allowed construction to proceed without further delay. Our team’s efforts included closely collaborating with the owner and the design team when identifying cost-efficient building materials and layout; bringing trustworthy and quality trades partners on board; as well as providing cost-saving materials options.
122-unit concrete rental building with 2 level underground parkade, consisting of 4 building blocks which are interconnected by 10 structural steel bridges. The units are accessed via exterior concrete walkways on levels 3-6. The main floor consists of 26 two-storey town homes.
