Just minutes away from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) exists one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in the city. Constructed as phase two of Richmond’s International Trade Centre, the Versante Hotel is the anchor tenant of a 14-storey concrete hospitality tower. The building envelope is comprised of curtain walls with View Glass, metal panels, and terracotta accents.
The hotel itself is a 100 room, four-star experience that dazzles with vibrant colour, generous natural light, and lux interior finishings. Scott was also engaged to build the amenities within the facility which included the development of Club Versante—a collection of exceptional, five-star food, meeting, and wellness amenities.
