We’re proud to announce that Scott was awarded Double Gold at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s Awards of Excellence Gala last night for our Heritage and Tenant Improvement work of Vancouver’s iconic Heritage Hall.
The acknowledgment comes off the heels of recently being awarded two Silver Awards of Excellence for Heritage and Tenant Improvement (up to $15 million) on the project earlier this month.
The project itself was a unique opportunity for Scott’s special projects team to restore the Heritage Hall to its original 1914 design, using authentic materials. As the General Contractor, our scope of work was comprehensive in restoring features of the building and renewing the overall structure. The end result is something that we are incredibly proud of as Heritage Hall now serves as a landmark location and an important community venue.
