A new six-storey wood-frame residential building in the South Campus/Wesbrook Mall area of UBC. This building provides non-market rental units for UBC faculty and staff. These residences are in close proximity to the Wesbrook Village amenities, including the Wesbrook Community Centre.
The building comprises 94 units over a 2-level underground parking structure. The exterior cladding is a combination of brick, fibre-cement cladding, and glazing.
