Project Highlights
- 3 Phase project completed over three summers
- Project completed on an open and operational post-secondary campus
Interior renovation to the existing student housing building, including lobbies, washrooms, hallways, lounges, and suites. Upgrades were made to the following; mechanical, electrical, architectural and plumbing upgrades. Additionally, there was a roof replacement and below-grade waterproofing.
