The Pathway Affordable Housing addition project includes the construction of a 2-storey, 2,153 sq. ft. mass timber addition to an existing building located at 3023 Parkerhill Road, Mississauga, ON. The new addition will have six one-and-two bedrooms residential units on the fifth and sixth floors at the North end of the building. Additionally, the project scope includes the renovation of an existing, occupied, and operational senior care facility, with upgrades to all common areas and corridors. To complete this project, Scott Construction will work with various stakeholders for Demolition, Mechanical, Electrical, Millwork, Carpentry, Drywall, Flooring, and Painting.

Our team was involved early in the project under a pre-construction agreement with the client. This allowed us to identify potential design, procurement, and construction issues proactively, ensuring the project proceeds on schedule and budget. Furthermore, through our pre-construction consultation, we were able to provide value engineering support to identify areas where cost savings could be captured.
